Data acquisition methodology
Specially calibrated digital 3-phase AC energy meter is interfaced with our TCS_PLC infrastructure to continuously monitor energy parameters, with automated correlation to part production.
Energy data flows into the central TPM-Trak database, enabling real-time and historical analysis.
